WILLIAM E. REID, SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Mr. Reid is a Senior Associate with GARDNER JOHNSON. His areas of specialization include economic and fiscal analysis for private and public development, feasibility studies for public and private land development, public policy analysis, and statistical and econometric analysis and forecasting. Mr. Reid holds a BA in economics from Baylor University, and a Masters of Science degree in Economics from the University of Oregon.
KAIA LAURSEN, ASSOCIATE
Ms. Laursen is an Associate for GARDNER JOHNSON. Her areas of specialization include Market Feasibility Analysis of Residential and Commercial Development, Mixed-Use Development Analysis and Hotel/Conference Center Development Prior to joining Gardner Johnson , Ms. Laursen interned in the economic section of the U.S. embassy in New Delhi, India, where she wrote reports on the Indian textile industry and telecommunications sector. While at Middlebury College, she received a Christian A. Johnson fellowship in economics and conducted research in heterodox economics. She also served as treasurer of the Middlebury student body.
JASON W. MORGAN, ASSOCIATE
Mr. Morgan's areas of specialization for GARDNER JOHNSON include GIS analysis, statistical analysis, strategic planning, and financial programming. Prior to his employment with GARDNER JOHNSON, Mr. Morgan was an associate with Hobson Johnson & Associates. Jason holds a BA in Economics and German from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR.
JASON D. ACKERMAN, ASSOCIATE
Mr. Ackerman is an Associate with GARDNER JOHNSON, where he specializes in research, economic modeling and GIS systems. Jason holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from Willamette University.
